Silver probably realizes now this could’ve been the same type of game between Minny and OKC if the refs didn’t blow that whistle like they did

I think we would be lucky if Saleh stays that long. He could have easily have become the Jaguars head coach this off-season it's clear the league at minimum has a level respect for Saleh. He's going to get interviews every off-season.
They better make him the HC and let Kubiak call the plays after the Niners falter with the Big Eared Goof Troop again

The way things are shaping up and what Saleh has been saying publicly leads me to believe he took the DC gig with us with a wink wink that he might take over. When and if he gets other offers is gonna depend on how this "new" defense performs and how quickly it can become elite again.

If this season we are average or below average, I don't think he's gonna be a top candidate. And after that Kyle's deal only has 1 year left :pachaha:

I think if he has a similar year to 2023 you can't deny him.

I agree. Over the past couple of years I can only really put Lamar, Josh, Burrow, Mahomes, and Goff ahead of him. Jayden Daniels has a case but he was only a rookie so I wouldn't put him ahead. Herbert hasn't done anything yet, Stafford, I can't comfortably put over Purdy at this point in his career, Hurts is inconsistent but he had a good year last year and got a chip so if you wanna say he's better I won't argue that.

So realistically Purdy can be anywhere from 6 to maybe 9 and I wouldn't really argue that. If he were to checkdown more like people assume he does, he'd have much gaudier numbers, but since he doesn't, his numbers don't look as good as they could.

Checking down is the main thing I think Brock Purdy needs to do more. It's actually wild how many easy yards he leaves on the table trying to be a hero. But I trust that Brock may be aware of that and will actually make safer throws should the opportunities arise. This is why I think we'll see more Geurendo because he can make plays out the backfield as a receiver.
