.....Because they were skilled laborers does not mean they were not captured and sold by another group of Africans.A captured African does not lose all of the skills he/she may have learned before being captured.

I have a hard time believing Europeans just waltzed into Africa ,went inland, and just started snatching nikkas without help from people on the inside. Not blaming Africans or absolving Europeans from blame ,but Africans had a hand in it.
this is why we must study hiistory

the european version of history teach u that one day they just went into africa

but one has to analyze the arabs role in this, which alot of people are oblivious to

No. the arabs and berbers who already had trade routes and slaves in africa, showed them. not black africans.

how do you think the white man found west africa to begin with? he was trying to bypass the arab empire who were taxing them to use the silk road. upon finding 'black africa' islam had already been in many areas, and they encountered arabs and muslims who showed them around via maps and routes, as well as tribes never before seen. anglos just took it to another level because they had new world lands to build, never before seen to the world.

Israelite yes, and I don't consider myself African. It's nothing against Africans, but I personally don't think we are the same people. This is why I believe we were sold into slavery and Africans had no issue in doing it because we weren't there people to begin with. I also don't think something of the magnitude of the Trans-Atlantic slave trade could have even begun to happen without it being prophecy/destined to happen. It's not an easy task to take millions of people hostage, so it must have been facilitated by the Most High.

1. You are african, the europeans divide and conquer techniques are working. Anyone who was anyone got got during that period. families torn apart, tribes torn apart. Its not hard to fathom, these people have no ethics there was no buddy system. EVERYONE got took. All this I'm black but not an african just promotes more disunity and is getting black people no where. We're all victimized because we're afrikans, and look like afrikans. can we not come together off the strength of that

2. This prophecy stuff is so dangerous, to our mental state. With all the hardship its easy to come to the conclusion we're cursed. But lets wait a minute and think how that effects a person mentally. Those who are cursed circum to circumstances. Pretty much exactly what the oppressor wants... If its Gods will, people talking like we have no business overcoming it. Which can be done, but all this curse ish is defeatist mindset and getting black people no where

I was into the israelite thing when i first got my wake up, but I advanced past all that. All this "curse/ I am not african" talk does nothing but enrich our oppressors. Europeans rubbing their hands hearing this, thats another 200yrs dominance of the world.

And lastly, quoting out the KJV bible, without knowing the history of king james and the role he played in bringing capitalism and a monopoly to africa. It's actually funny, because I know folks got no idea about how he set up the first company to rape africas resources.

This is right more or less, in a nutshell. Theres a post where I spoke about the Almoravid dynasty. this isn't it. But this post lays down the foundations
To say "blacks and arabs" is to elude that both stood on an equal platform in their society. The Moors were under control of the Arab Caliphate

Iberia moving up towards France, was under the rule of the Arab Caliphate. So Arabs called the shots, not blacks by any means. And Arabs provided whites with the information regarding the slave trade, since they had enslaved blacks for 700yrs+ prior.

There was a significance Black African presence of Iberia at the time who were Hebrews, and fled in 1492 (Look up the expulsion of the Jews from Iberia) Those peoples fled in all directions, mainly to West Africa where they created settlements. And thus were easy pickings, for the Portugese who were all too familiar with them.

I'm just scratching the surface here, should I go deeper?

Many of us were already here as well. Africans been inhabitating America and UOENOOOOO
Change many to most and you got it. But of course most nikkas don't think. They'd rather listen to other people tell them their history and where they came from then to research and question what they were educated themselves. I bet most still think Roots was an actual true story and Kunta Kinte actually existed.
