Sleep Paralysis is the worse fukkin experience

Was told to sleep on my stomach and it won't happen but it still happens to me from time to time. Definitely happens on the side and on back. Happens to me often.

sleeping on your stomach is actually the worse version, as it feels like youre being pinned down.

Yeah I added a bit more to my post. That's exactly how I felt when I was going through it. They made a movie about this. I think Insidious. It's also called Astral Projection.

Yeah. This sleep paralysis shyt sounds crazy.



I just get a heavy twitch as I'm falling asleep.

Anybody ever try dare themselves to trigger sleep paralysis by sleeping in a position known to trigger it?

I'd be thinking, "Man up! Conquer it! Stop being a p*ssy!", but I always end up my safe position.

Had 3 experiences within the last week

I got it from my mom. I've had shyt like Shao Khan like laughter come out of nowhere, stereo playing white noise followed by a car crash sound, and a smiling figure sitting in the computer chair in my room. The thing i learned to do is to just go back to sleep and it's gone 2mins after i close my eyes.

Everyone's different I think. From my experience it's sleeping on my left side that causes it or when I take naps.

You're conscious of your surroundings but can't breathe properly or move at the same time



You're essentially "trapped" and no one can hear you

I got it a lot of times mainly when Im exhausted and barely slept the night before shyt crazy
Ive had what Im guessing is real hallucinations after a sleep paralysis bout 4 times when I knew I was awake, saw a tiny spider, some kind of little insect, something like lil blades of grass growing on my wall, and the latest one swear I saw this matrix code of numbers and letters in green and blackbut those only last for around 2 seconds
The worst was earlier this year itd feel like something was shaking me violently felt like Im having a damn siezure
Ive heard weird ass shyt alien like voices deep voices etc but only a few times
heard something like electrical static and only once a huge explosion
Sometimes used to feel like Im flying up so fast and I could hear how fast I was going upward, could see a bunch of colors too but a nikka too scary to open his eyes and see whats happening

I haven't had this for a long time and I never really see hallucinations thank God but the one time I did it was a spider crawling up my wall.
