This was one of the greatest sleeping nights I ever had.
Only woke up cause of my 7am alarm for work.

What are y'all doing that you only get 4-5 hours of sleep?!
Naw man, resting is a really important part of recovering from work outs. I'm sure @The Butcher can relate. The more quality sleep I get the better I recover, the better and faster the gains.real talk if you need more than 5 hours of sleep its because you are unhealthy..i cant sleep more than 5

If I go 6 hours a night that doesn't let your body properly recover. Do that for a week straight and it stacks up
