How do yal make ribs in the crockpot? Do you cut em in half or each rib individually? Use water or dry?
Edit- I'm bout to throw some pinto beans on the crock right now.
get you a slab ... cut it into a thirds depending on the size of the slab...
Get you a nice rub... I use a garlic/coffee/barbecue rub (but
@Lord_nikon is right, the GrillMates is straight too... depending on your taste) ... but before I do that, I'll rub some Carolina treet cooking barbecue sauce on 'em... then rub...
In the crock pot, i have chopped onions in the bottom... finely chopped (you can also chop some scallions as a garnish and/or another source of liquid) ...a touch of water mixed with a little more Carolina treet... that way, the pot can still heat from the liquid but it's not watery....
toward the end of the cooking cycle, I'm hittin it with the barbecue sauce brush, and changing the rib layers depending on how they're cooking.
If you want to further bake in the brushed barbecue sauce, throw 'em in the oven on broil for a minute or two .
Viola ... enjoy.

... I curry them hoes in the pot ... my gosh
