First picture is of me about 5 lbs lighter the last two are the most recent...I will be doing a clean bulk eating more calories but still be healthy about it and will be doing 10 minutes of H.I.I.T cardio twice a week in addition to a reverse pyramid style workout
I will be doing the first two sets at near my max for 3 reps with 2 minutes rest
then i will lower the weight and the next two sets quickly near failure for about 10-12 reps
I am currently about 143 my goal is to get to 165 by february and see how it looks...once i'm at 165 if can't see my abs i will cut down to 155
****SEP 1st update**** (still at 140)
