Smack might have put out these battles quick, but his audio is still so bad. I can't believe he can't just hire an audio tech or somebody to calibrate his fukkin shyt so it doesn't sound like their talking through phones. It makes battle rap look so bad and amateurish. Idc if Smack's gotta just hit up KOTD's sound guy, do it bro, it's worth it. Some battles I can't even watch its so bad.

Jesus Christ, Clips' delivery was ultra-formulaic in this battle. Hollow is definetly gonna win if this is what Clips comes with.

Sitting thinking that maybe clips was preparing for Hollow and just drafted up some bullshyt for top. We'll find out next week tho

Because the battle rappers are catering to a large crowd by being as basic as possible. That shyt is awful on cam.

Listen to some of the basic bullshyt Clips was saying. He said something like "I'm camron & ghostface, twice the killa" & they went crazy.

This is just showing how important bars are. This basic shyt is ruining the URL.

I was watching a blog stating O'fficial will need to dumb her shyt down if she wants to beat Jaz. How fukked up is that?

This is my take on it as well. Clips was looking a lil shaky in the third but sealed it with that Stuart Scott line. Might've been line of the battle

You don't necessarily have to dumb down to win in front of a large crowd. But what you have to do is be very clear as to what you're saying. In other words, it's more about the reference. The bar can be complex, but as long as you reference something the crowd is familiar with, they'll go crazy.

Crowd don't respond well to lines where they don't understand the context.
