nikka I seen dat battle and they aren't even remotely close to bein similar.
Goodz, even though I'm not a fan, styled on Danja Zone. He actually attacked Danja Zone style, makin fun of him and teachin him how to not be "boring" on stage so even though I think Goodz is ass lyrically and that Danja Zone "out-barred" him, I give him props for this battle because his goal was achieved.
Tay Roc on the other hand didn't style on DNA, he stood up there and spat average gun bar after average gun bar after average gun bar and got gassed for it simply due to the fact that he was "loud & ignorant"<--------an actual quote from somebody earlier in this thread. Gtfoh.

finally got around to peeping...the tay roc dik riding was discustya...sons body bag would get put in a body bag versus a focused surf...son slightly above average, nothing more nothing less...think dna was surprised to a degree the crowd wasnt fukking with him, ehh, we know what we get from dude every battle...that shirt was amazingly terrible and why was he standing there like that in the third lol

With roc you're never gonna get anything super creative but it's more so his flow and delivery that make his shyt sound hot
nikka what are you talkin bout? Tay Roc is a "bar after bar after bar after bar" type of rapper, wack bars mind you, but "bar after bar" nonetheless. If DNA got the same type of gassin that he did in his Ill Will battle as Tay Roc did in this battle then I wouldn't have half as much as problem wit this battle because it would've been fair. I would agree with your premise if DNA was wack af and Tay Roc was spittin some ultra incredible shyt, neither happened, they were about the same. Normally dis type of shyt doesn't matter to me but 90% of the battle world is acknowledging that Tay Roc was heavily gassed in this battle and you're tryna say that he wasn't, you're in the vast minority on this one. In my eyes, Goodz beat Zone clearly, Head ICE's one of the best battlers of 2014 and Tay Roc has been heavily gassed since he battled Cortez. When he's not spitting light haymakers, he's forcing wordplay like Surf's little brother.
