With all the talent in NXT, which performers are next to make it to the big time?

According to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer, both Hideo Itami (Kenta) and Finn Balor (Prince Devitt) will be getting called up before most of the guys currently in NXT.

While Itami truly wants to be part of the NXT system while he adopts the WWE in-ring style and improve his English, Balor "wasn't brought in to spend (two or) three years" in developmental. He'll have to have a run there, because that's how WWE develops their talent, but Meltzer speculates that Balor will be brought to RAW "before 90% or 95% of the talent in NXT that's there now will be up."
