It was one motion..the punch started him losing control of the ball and the follow through was the defender hitting the ballKyren Williams fumbled AFTER the ball was hit. Not before
The play should have been a penalty just off of the current rules(targeting the head/neck)..but we know alot of shyt gets missed in the trenches..they call that on the perimeters

If you punch a player instead of the ball. I think it's a fair call of a personal foul.
