pretty much every female and some dudes I know is doing this green smoothie thing. My Facebook and Twitter timeline is full of them. I admit I've been late to it and I'm enjoying it now but it seems to be all the rage now.

I drink my smoothie in the morning before work and then eat my veggies in the evening.

Plus you can get a whole lot more fiber in your system drinking them as opposed to eating them, unless you just love greens like that. You can stuff the blender full of greens, and then add some fruit and/or protein powder to mask the taste.

I also heard the body absorbs liquid better so drinking your greens is essentially better. Idk.

I don't know why the mods don't do more to reign that race stuff in. Sure they made a subforum for it but the whole site is infected with the nonsense. It definitely wasn't like this SOHH. It's almost unbearable now.
