Besides his verses on renegade and the 2001 tracks, i've never been a fan of his music. I just cant feel it the way i can with nas and jay

That autotuned singing thing he does is so fukking cringeworthy...I wish nobody ever said it sounded good on The Eminem Show because now he uses it for every single hook. :wow: Every song has to be a ballad now. :wow: He just has to put on the PMS voice for every verse. :wow: What happened to my Em? :to:

This is no surprise. He's always been corny and them stupid ass songs he makes are extremely off putting for me.

It's a shame really, because dude is talented is f*ck.

If Eminem wants to live up to the hype of the MMLP sequel . He needs to go back to formatting a dark feel to the album. I don't want to hear none of that Alex da Kidd/Skylar Gray/Love the Way You lie Emo bullshyt from dude. I'm talking taking this shyt back to the darkside production wise and with some of the guests that should be on there. That Bezerk jawn had a great idea but a poor execution.

Have Dre, Rick Rubin be executive producers. I'd also have him link up with Tyler Creator, Alchemist, Havoc, Scram Jones or even Premier(for the hip hop boom bap track). I'd also have him link up with some of the Strange Music fam as well because they can give the album very dark elements.

For features, I'd feature Hopsin(which would be a great look for him since he's inspired by Em) Tyler(Same for Hop), Technine, Slaughterhouse, Brotha Lynch Hung(Which would be a sick collabo), Danny Brown since he got the crazy ass ODB thing going right now, Hell I'd even love to hear a collab wit him and Ill Bill.
Im not even close to bein an Em fan, but this sounds dope:ohhh:

What's worse is that it's a polished, watered-down version of a Beastie Record. It's not even really raw, it's pseudo-raw. He didn't even have the heart to really go in like he could have if he wanted to make an old school type of record.

I get what you're saying, like I said I like the vibe, the homage and all that little details, just think that the execution was a bit off and his attempt at making it a "single" definitely plays into it. With Rick all over the anthem though i'm sure there will be more than one beasties inspired record and will probably come off better when done outside of the context of trying to make some kind of an anthem.
