But The thing that I'm noticing is the lack of Puerto Ricans in areas where they used to be. The Dominicans ran them the fukk outta NY, it seems.

Queens is amazing but getting more gentrified and expensive. They are trying to make LIC a new Williamsburg with luxury apts and hipster bars. Even the really cultural areas are seeing rapid development

I knew shyt was major when they took down the Wendys where Coming to Anerica was filmed for new condos

Down by the pier off like 46th street in LIC is SO revamped. It's kind of cool in a sense - NYC is just a 5 min subway ride away and they have really nice apartments.

It kinda makes you wonder. If Cacs are driving up the prices for ya'll up there. Then what is the end game? Where are the native NYers gonna move to? What is the Future of NYC?

Dominicans run the Fordham/Kingsbridge area they have large population in the South Bronx and they've ran the Heights and Inwood since like the 80's in Manhattan, more Dominicans popping up in Harlem and Corona too.

I'd still say Ricans are still the majority in the BX, nearly 300,000 Puerto Ricans in the Bronx. Ever been to Castle Hill or Soundview/Southern Blvd. Mad Nuyoricans.

Ain't the east Bronx mostly Italian. The north Black/West Indian and some Spics.

Northeast Bronx and Mt Vernon are black Jamaicans. You see a sprinkle of Hispanics, but a lot of them stay outta areas that ain't shopping centers. Central BX and places that ain't on the money of Riverdale are Dominicans. Puerto Ricans used to be deep in the BX a decade ago, but a lot of them got ran out by Dominicans.

Don't go to the South BX with relentless traffic and no parking spaces. How you know you in a bad area of the BX? Just go to the areas where Jamaicans or CACs (sadly) ain't the majority.

It depends where you at breh. If you in Castle Hill you'd see mad Ricans, and you'd probably see Guyanese nikkas before Dominicans. If you by Kingsbridge you gonna see mad Dominicans and a few Puerto Ricans.

I think Ricans is also migrating South to like Florida so the population ain't as big, but it's still huge and they still dominate several neighborhoods in the South Bronx. Ricans be mixing like crazy I've met some that are half black, half Guyanese, half Irish, half Italian, half Dominican. It's crazy.

I think that came off wrong breh I exclusively date black women and I'm not from NY but a lot of your fellow NYers when discussing women majority of the time it's Latina chicks (yes I know Latina can be black). I just dont hear NY cats brag on NY black women like cats from place like ATL/Houston/DC do. Excuse my ignorance but I'm not from there hence why I asked the question breh.

So if I'm visiting I just want to know where the fine carribean/AA/Afro latina women are at? Can one of you NY cats help me out?

They exist, but a lot of the black women in NYC be on that policy. Talking to and dating white dudes on the regular, but they try to play you if you don't establish your ground first. But the best bet for you is to go to Queens or LI for good looking black women. The new NY has a lot of hipster black women and the 90s babies are breaking out of the hoodrat image from previous decades. That is def a plus.

Nah, I believe you, but I gave the face to some Dominicans when I reveal that I have yard man blood in me. Some of them are that descent of Jamaican people have different skin tones.

I didn't, I associate that with Jamaica. Richmond Hill, Ozone Park, South Ozone park too. It may not be completely accurate but Queens geography is all over the place anyway.
