Nothing crazy cuz I don't have any certs, just fukking with tablets, changing passwords in Active Directory type shyt and shootin dice
Two thoughts though... One, I don't think this shyt is for me. I been talking with those (brehs in particular) doing more advanced shyt and I'm sure they're eating good, but it's not creative enough for me
More importantly, we seriously need more black tech companies. I stumbled across so many companies over the past year caping for the LGBT community and now I see first hand it ain't just PR, it's in the workspace too. Nothing against them but
Same goes for women. Again, nothing against them but I noticed a lot in my department. Been shadowing this one brehito over the past two days and he told me how top manager (who's a woman) really ain't tryna let you move up or elsewhere if you ain't a woman. Brehito been there two years and some girl that's been there 2 months is gonna be his Level II partner-- when he knows more than her
Add in the traditional tech sector that's a good ol boy network and damn... It's not a surprise on paper but I guess I had to see it. Still finna sharpen my skills and build my own
