the thing with a projector is that you have to have all the elements right...make sure its a dark ass room.Fukk TVs I'm tired of buying bigger and bigger TVs that I ain't doing shyt with but Netflix
And playing P$3
I'm seriously thinking about getting a projector
I don't make threads anymore so people do me a favor... Anybody in the house got
A projector.. I always weigh these decisions before jumping in so any feedback is appreciated
3D is a fad, every mid-high end set has it built in and nobody cares anymore.
No shyt.
I paid the same price for a 55in 3D Viera last year and I've never used the 3D feature on it.
There's really nothing to be hype about buying a 3D HDTV in 2013.

People say this, but I'm having a hard time finding a decent 55 LED smarttv+3d for a reasonable price. And by reasonable I mean $800-$1000.
TVs | 51-inch 550 Series Plasma TV | Samsung PN51E550D1F - Plasma TVs <----$749
I copped the same exact tv off amazon a couple months ago for $697
Also the Panasonic UT50 is $700
The Panasonic Smart Viera: A Brilliant 50 Inch 3D HD TV from Sears
That one has better quality but the Sammy beats it at everything else including 3D
both are great TV tho and both are under $800
I guess you miss the keywords in my post. Those being "LED" and "55inch" those are must. I know you are an advocate for plasmas and I thank you for all the help, but I'm going LED, and 55inch is my bottom line. Perfect size for my living room.

Where did you buy this from (online or in store) and how much was the warranty?
