that's true but they mos def took that in mind during it's design.
the box comes with several sleeves to choose from, once you choose the correct one(important step) they will not fall out.
not only is choosing the right sleeve important for it to get locked in your ear, it also greatly affects the entire experience, from sound quality to even voice feedback from the lady in the software that speaks to you.

so if you buy it the most important thing to do is....... WATCH THIS VIDEO....
It helped me so much to be honest in getting the best out of it.
At first the experience was so so, then I saw this video and realized that I put no effort in deciding which sleeve to use.
I just wrapped the first one I took out of the box and used that one.




After watching that, everything changed.
If you buy it, you'll be watching this video at least 5-6 times I guarantee you, maybe more.
