What do you mean by that? OKC got fleeced in Harden trade and then fleeced Clippers with the PG trade. You made it sound like in both trades OKC fleeced their trade partners.

Clippers traded a future MVP, multiple 1st team all-NBA scoring champ as well as the pick that got OKC Jdub. Dub made an all-star team, all NBA, and all defense. That’s some shyt Kawhi, Jimmy, and CP3 were doing
And Paul George isn’t even on the clippers anymore. Yes, it very well might be the worst trade of all time. Just as bad as the BKN/BOS trade that got Tatum and Brown to the Celtics

I hate how this being an all time blunder is blamed on Paul George. George made three all star games and an all nba team during his time in LA. Clippers also made their only WCF during George’s time there. This was an all time bad trade because 1) Shai became a superstar 2)Kawhi never was healthy.

Kawhi was fresh of winning a championship and he asked for the Clippers to trade for PG then you make that trade. It’s not like SGA was viewed as some generational draft prospect like Wendy or Zion. PG was a conscience top 10-15 player at the time.
It’s not like at the time of the trade people were outraged that SGA got traded because it made sense on paper.
How many people expected SGA to lead the Thunder to a title? Just goes to show you how hard it is to win a championship. The Clippers swung for the fences and missed. But that’s life.

The funny thing about it is imagine if the Clippers had kept SGA (like so many people say they should've done, due to hindsight) and Kawhi still joins the team. A championship still isn't guaranteed due to Kawhi constantly being injured over the course of that whole run.
