He's a good Producer/Engineer but he doesn't deserve to be placed over any of those gentlemen. Or even on par.

Bido was there from the very start...and contributed to more "classics" for rap-a-lot...i can't speak on that other shyt he did with Kanye or whatever.

I also noticed on alot tracks he's credited with on some of the mid to late 90's rap-a-lot shyt...he always has Face or somebody elses name as a co-producer...how do we know Face or somebody else didn't actualy create these melodies and he just slapped his name on it in typical cracka fashion just because he mixed/mastered it? :jbhmm:

One of the greatest producers/musicians out here. His guitar and keyboard play is very underrated, it's him who takes Kanye live shows to another level

Quik's ear for mixing is second only to Dre (even that's debateable.)

Quik has 2 of the best mixed hiphop albums of all time with safe + Sound and Rhythmalism.

Mike Dean might be a better musician but as a producer or mixing engineer, he ain't touching quik.Very few can.

Just listen to all the Quik's Groove instrumentals. The musicality on that is insane. Especially when it's all done by one man.
