I love Mike Dean even though a lot of people didnt even know he existed until his involvement with the Watch the Throne album and are just now realizing his work but Quik is the obvious answer. Watch the Visualism video and you'll see the genius that is David Blake.

Let us not forget that Quik engineered the entire AEOM album. That alone should dead the topic b/c that album still sounds better sonically than the majority of music nowadays.
