Nope was a good movie about the dangers of thinking we can tame or control things that we don't understand or know. Also did a lil bit into the theme of willing to risk your life and those around you for fame and adulation.

Get out was solid but as a huge horror fan nothing special for me.
Hated us, I'll see this one when it hits streams but from all the critics I trust it's been getting just average reviews. He giving me m night sham vibes tbh

Get Out was very unrealistic in the current climate and made no sense. There's no way rich privileged cacs would choose to live life as a poor Black person or Black person for that matter in America because "Black is hip".

Seeing Nope tomorrow but I loved Get Out and US was not as good but better than average
I couldn't make it past the first 10 minutes of Candyman though
Candyman had some interesting ideas. And the visuals were dope. But it felt like it needed to try and tie into the original movie. And it also was not scary at all. And did t have that insidious power of the original movie
