She's really only there because Cena in her pocket, and AJ being the locker room leader for the diva's division, is gone. Once AJ left, Nikki just went HAM with the control. I can't say the crowd doesn't love her thou, because I hear them giving her some nice pops, and she has a nice following now with the TD, and outside media she's doing. So she's doing something right at least. And she has improved her ring work .

i think i know why its trash, its because they call it "Diva Division" meaning they separate it like their not even in the same league

you dont hear them saying "Intercontinental title division" or "US title division"

call them women more often, let them be involved in more "relationship based storylines" no one gives a fukk about Naomi turning "ghetto" and just wanting to beat the Bellas. They did it right last year when Brie was defending Daniel Bryan and they had a hyped Summerslam match.

That still narrows them down to being catty bytches if they're fighting over a man like Brie and Stephanie were. With the women's division, they either have to unabashedly sell sex like they did in the 90s or have legitimate athletic competition like in NXT. It's a weird, very wack hybrid right now in WWE

I liked AJ a lot, but I can't deny she had Vince in her pocket because she was bringing in that money. But AJ rose to the top because she was given the ball and carried it. Nikki left the company, came back, got with Cena, and then had Cena pulling for her, for sure. Doesn't excuse the fact that she worked to improve herself, and find ways to get a bigger fan following.

Could have been worse, Nikki could have just gotten with Cena, been lazy, and just let him keep her a float. look at Rosa. the hell is that chick still doing on the roster?

The Divas champ, at this point, is about crossover exposure. Especially moreso now since Total Divas exists.

You can get mainstream exposure with AJ, Nikki Bella, Charlotte, and Paige to a degree. They will also move merch.

Naomi aint gettin the belt for those reasons, and if she does it's a quick reign. Natty either.

And what exactly do Naomi and Natalya lack in "mainstream/merch" potential that AJ, Nikki, Charlotte and Paige possess?

In theory it makes sense to build Nikki up as this monster bytch heel until one of the Nxt girls defeats her but they are faces again or whatever who the fukk cares

Or have the other Divas step of their in-ring abilities. Outside of a very few Divas, WWE have some of the worst female wrestlers. Going from women's to Divas have really hurt the division.
And for Paige to be touted as great indy-bred, WWE refined talent, she should've known how to take that flip move from Naomi. The problem is NOT Naomi. Its Vince allowing subpar in-ring talent get so much leeway and shine off of mediocre skills.



Saying Nikki is the best working in the division is like saying Cena is the best worker in the WWE. And that is not true. In fact, the both Bellas have been one of the common denominators in WOAT Divas matches over the past four years.
And why did it have to take a break, fukking Cena, and a promise of title reign for Nikki to step up her game?
Yes, Naomi is going to come off as botching when she is working with people that cannot keep up with her style of wrestling.
If and when the next wave of NXT ladies are called up, they will expose Nikki like Naomi and others.

NONE of the female NXT callups have made a major impact. If they bring up Sasha, Charlotte, Bayley, or Becky, they'll get major attention for a few months than get lost in the shuffle with everyone else. Especially since we know the female wrestlers get awful booking on the main roster.
