I had subway last night since nothing else was open and I didn't really feel like eating burgers or anything. But normally I get down with either Jimmy John's, Firehouse Subs or Jersey Mike's when it comes to sandwich shops.

If you live in NYC then you know the delis are infinitely better

Turkey and cheese hero with mayo, lettuce and tomatoes from the local "black" arab for like $3.00 (I'm sure the prices have gone up) was food piff back when a nikka was still in NY. Top it off with a bag of chips and a Tropical Fantasy soda, you was able to :eat: good for like 4-5 dollars.

are you bulking or cutting?

prefer pm or out in the open

cutting 160g
bulking 190-210g

I'm doing both. Don't ask me how :heh:

But dang how do I get anywhere near that amount of protein..and that's daily??

im eatin 2100 cals and getting roughly 190-200 :manny:

protein shakes, steaks, chicken breasts, ground beef, tuna, greek yogurt, fish in general, shrimp :ohlawd:

and word of wisdom, choose a goal and stick to it. you may achieve both doing either but have one or the other in mind: bulk OR cut

eitherway lifting is paramount, on a bulk lift numbers or reps increase, on a cut weight decrease or body measurement decrease(tape measure etc)

so many folks make the mistake of lifting without a true plan, make your goals feasible and you will be rewarded in kind :whoo: my bulk is going according to plan, Slob Confessionals is about to shock folks this fall :lift:

:mindblown:

Are you serious? :wtf:

I've been pouring jelly on myself this whole time :why:

It's more of a white/wheat mix than a wheat bread

Man subway

Being used to the bodega sandwiches in NYC, When I went to subway it was always :scusthov:

The sandwiches are :flabbynsick: and have a fast food aura to them. There just flimsy and it just has that greasy feeling.

The heros from the bodega though :ahh:. $4 and you got a hero packed to the brim with turkey, and you got the lettuce and tomato. get a $1 arizona and some Honey BBQ potato chips:ohlawd:
