He started out hot his rookie year...but his mechanics have gotten worse and he back peddles at the slight sense of pressure. He's also a fumble machine when he gets sacked. These aren't line issues. These are Cam issues.

Just because he's more popular doesn't mean his treatment should be any different than the other 2nd teir qb's.
this isn't about victimization, it's about being realistic with expectations.
Cam IS a teir 2 qb on the field. regardless of how many commercials he does it won't change the fact that he's second teir qb being treated the same as the other 2nd teir qb's.

Maybe it was a fluke. Rookie QB's don't have the game tape for defenses to plan around, thus sophomore slumps. Cam is too hit/miss, and I'm beginning to think dude is just an averge QB. Yea he has an arm and elite athleticism, but dude's accuracy is flat out poor and his ability to read a defense just isn't there. Great QB's make their receivers better. Don't wanna hear it. Their line is trash, but the QB is capable of neutralizing that to some extent.
Rodgers had a terrible o-line for the longest, he still balled out.
Brady's o-line a few years back was ass, didn't stop him from putting up numbers.
Luck's o-line was probably the worst in the league when he first came in. Don't remember anyone saying "this year doesn't count, his line stinks"
Don't even get me started on the Fins line last year. Tannehill had zero time and zero run game and I don't remember seeing people giving him a pass like that.

shyt was a fluke.
He's played poorly this year. Constantly throwing off of his back foot, making horrible decisions, holding the ball too long and he can't complete a deep ball to save his life. He should play out which ends next year, maybe he'll turn it around, but conveniently RG3 and Cam's contract both end after that year which to me are both better quarterback option than we currently have on the roster.
We could draft QB, but the secondary is so ass I hope we spend our first two picks on corners instead of drafting a QB not named Jameis or Mariotta and I wouldn't want to see the front office set the team back years by sending future drafts away for a QB.
