TC and the Galleria are two super Malls not only are they upscale they are the biggest malls when taken together

I was shocked when I saw those new townhouses and apartments they built right down the street from suitland metro station on silver hill road. They tore down that whole shopping center. That whole area is going to be slowly gentrified like you said it’s right there on Pennsylvania Avenue. 15 mins and you’re in downtown DC.

Apartments right next to branch avenue station are already $2000 for an efficiency.

Haven’t been on that side since I stopped working at the census but a few employees were copping units and they building up a tow center over there

Personally I'd buy there. Gentrification is coming. You can get into and out of DC relatively quickly. Penn Ave Traffic can be bad but better than going to No Va.

They have the base around there so they have an incintive to clean up the place.

Its the last area in the region inside the Beltway where you can cop a 3/4 bedroom single family home with a decent patch of land under $450k.

They already out there quietly scooping up these homes. Ran into a few a yts that love the area for the direct metro access from Suitland into Nationals Park.

This lol. Only place at Iverson I’d recommend to him is Metro City Herb Shack on the lower level. But then again, they still operate their OG store on Georgia Ave so he don’t really gotta leave the city for them frfr. You can hit up the cookie spot for them snickerdoodles but I’d recommend the ones at Forestville Mall the most, yeah I said it

Also most of the DC folks who know better hit up PG Plaza instead whenever they’re tryna hit up a mall out here in PG lol

It’s a decent number of Black folks at Tysons but you’ll definitely find more of us at Pentagon City, Springfield, and Potomac Mills when it comes to the VA malls
