It's actually one of my go-to meals when I get off work. Sometimes I make it before I go to work, but most times, I get in that kitchen right before midnight and get to whippin' it up.

Smh, that caught on (and eventually fell out of popular vernacular as all overused, follower slang/turns of phrase eventually do) disrespectful as it was , but never swayed me away from the cheap gringo style tacos I grew up on.

But as I grew more experienced, tacos became to mean carne asada, and deshebrada, and birria, as more desirable redentions. Chicken and fish tacos (honorable mention). But I still have a place in my palate (and heart) for a regular ol ground beef, "mexican" cheese, shredded lettuce, tomato and onion taco. Variety is the spice of life bros

Only ever had it like this over at white people's houses to be honest. But in San Diego you can go to Mexican market and get pre-marinared beef or chicken that will be way more fire than ground beef.

The ground beef is whatever. That's just what we do. It would be sinful to order it, but make whatever you want.

The hard shell is what makes it egregious CAC type ish.

And yes, I prefer hard shell. I just don't do it front of my Latino friends. And tbh soft is better. And it better be corn not flour in my area. Lol.

Hard shell with ground beef is basically like a burger on white bread. Get it how you live but don't go outside ordering that shyt lmaoooo
