I've already stanned the in other threads today.

dudse in here are going to hate on HHH no matter what we tell 'em anyway, meanwhile #kliq stans are enjoying all the great things he has done and will be doing for the business.

Haitch's job is not in creative. Some of you are confusing what he actually does. He scouts and signs talent and makes talent cuts. He negotiate's contracts, etc... He is basically the real life General Manager. He's not the coach. He gives creative talent to work with and it is their job to do something with it. Sure, he has some influence in creative... I can buy that but he is not writing the story lines or the promos or booking most of the matches, etc..

If something flops, it's probably not his fault unless the talent itself is a bust.

Everyone who has been head of talent relations has traveled with the crew. They hold tryouts sometimes. Triple H watches the promos, the matches.. gives feedback...he may suggest so and so to be pushed, etc. He's not writing everything and he's not booking the actual matches.. he's not an agent.

If you want to say he has his "nose" in the big angles, often times that is true but blaming him for tag matches or diva matches or a MIZ TV segment? Nah..

He doesn't layout the actual matches.. they let the agents do that and the wrestlers obviously have input as well. Veteran wrestlers might take one or two things an agent says and use that and the rest is them calling spots. Often times an agent will book the finishing stretch or in a big match Vince does it himself.

Well, he IS going to basically own the company. I wouldn't be surprised if he does. But lets be real.. anything Vince wants, Vince will get as long as he is alive.
