I'm trading him to whoever is willing to take that risk, fukk that.
Naw, they improved if they get Tyler Johnson. They are trying to build a team with a bunch of great screen setting bigs, have Tyler Johnson and LeVert to create and RHJ to move off the ball. It's quite good roster building and remains me of what Ferry tried to do with the Hawks.Everybody improved
They improved the least. They are still the worst team on paper in the league

But Trevor Booker is elite at setting screens. It's clear Brooklyn will run a million in one PnR's next year.
If I was the Lakers, I would trade Russell but just Russell for Westbrook. If I'm the Lakers or celtics, there's no way I'm giving up Russell, Ingram, or brown/the Brooklyn picks for Westbrook on a one year rental?
As been confirmed, there's no way he signs an extension, he's going into free agency, it's a huge risk
These young players on rookie contracts that go into restricted free agency are too valuable... You pretty much have those players cost controlled for 8-9 years without having to go through this
These rookies are so valuable at 2-5 million per year when people like Evan turner are getting 75 million
Philly. Chicago and Atlanta are pretty shytty. Especially Atlanta.Who is worse than them right now? I think philly is straight now, they kind of have an actual team now, plus they still got a Noel/okafor trade coming
I'm trading him to whoever is willing to take that risk, fukk that.

Problem is their working with zero leverage. Best bet would be a team like Cle or Sas who could theoretically compete with GS with the addition of Westbrook. Anybody else (ex. LA) would be foolish to give up anything worthwhile when they can just try to sign him outright next summer.I'm trading him to whoever is willing to take that risk, fukk that.
Atlanta lost their best PG. The most talented is Dennis but starting and being a backup aren't the same thing and we do not have one good screen setter outside of Scott. He is an elite PnR guy but we seen how bad PnR PG'S get with out good bigs and yes, I think Dwight is garbage. Not to mention I think Sap will be trade before Feb.I disagree, my friend, Atlanta went from horford to Howard and is bringing much bringing back the same team. Shroeder gonna be crazy motivated.
Chicago lost who? Noah didn't play for them last year anyways, so it's not those huge loss. Valentine will contribute right away and as much as people hate rondo, it's arguable that him and rose are a wash. I actually think rondo is a better fit for that team than rose.

This is obvious but what's more obvious is he probably won't do it for no team.

They lost Gasol too. Man, do you watch Basketball?
Ehh...depends. He MIGHT be open to doing that for the Lakers. On the flip side, he might want to come to join a very good team in a much easier Eastern Conference with a great young coach, lots of cap space, draft picks, a rabid fanbase, and a winning tradition. :GladBrad:
