Everybody thinks this...not specifically Halloween but that since its the Caribbean that its awesome. This island basically shuts down around 9 or so with nothing to do except when its Carnival season...even the airport closes at night breh. Ask @7Revo or @Serious ...even with money living in the Caribbean isn't all that especially if you prefer the city like I do.
