My predictions in no order:

Sixers - Full of young talent, friends with Simmons, and winning a ring in Philly would improve his legacy.
Knicks - Friends with Melo, more business opportunities, and winning a ring in NY may push him over Jordan.
Lakers - Young talent, business opportunities, and cap space.
Rockets - CP3 is already there and the owner is looking to sell the team which LeBron has expressed interest in being an owner one day. This may be far stretched but maybe he forms a ownership group that purchases the team?

Explain, cause what I see is an insane amount of cap flexibility to support a young core consisting of probably the best talent in 3 of the last 4 drafts - one of which is the most gifted young player in the league in Embiid, the other gets Magic/LeBron comps in Simmons, and the third had some considering him the best guard prospect of this decade in Fultz - and excellent role players to surround them with in addition to the valuable Lakers/Kings pick and good veterans on and off the court
