White people get mad over the race of FICTIONAL characters not being white yet they love to make movies about black people and cast white people as the roles.

That's because white people will complain or simply not watch movies with all-black casts
Hollywood just does what they think the public wants, they chase the dollars and if the public was ok with having more black leads we'd see that. But, the public is racist as fukk and like @September pointed out the mere speculation of black actors playing roles has them like "NOOOOOOOOOO I WONT SEE IT"
John Boyega has been described as the LEGITIMATE LEAD of the new series, him and the girl on that fridge bike thing. There's two black people in this trilogy instead of just one![]()
That Hunger Games shyt was disgusting, another exposal of cacs.Too bad white people can't take the same approach.
In that Hunger Games movie, they were talking shyt about a little black girl playing one of the characters. The shyt runs deep with them.

Any and all communities are filled with bigots.Dude. I've been saying this.
That comic book/sci-fi nerd community contains some of the biggest racists out there. you just wouldn't assume it.
Jurassic World has an all Cac cast... They won't complain about that though![]()

Well... That's kinda realistic.
Black guy- You want me to go to an amusement park full of what?
Cac- Real life dinosaurs man, it'll be great.
Black guy- Naw, I'll pass on that. Tell me how it goes though.
I might have complained if there was black people in it.![]()

I think it all goes back to how black men are looked upon in this country. The stereotypes of black men are so thoroughly ingrained within American society that many folks (especially whites) cannot fathom any portrayal of us outside the usual narrative. I also believe that there is a great deal of insecurity with white American males. Not quite sure where it stems from. Much of their ego stems from false narratives and beliefs of their own superiority.
Oddly enough, many of our own people cannot picture themselves being portrayed outside the usual narrative as well. This is why is why we tend to shy away from the science fiction themes.
