Indeed. It's hell. I reccomend looking into a subject called the
Law of Reverse Effort by famed French Psychologist Emile Coue.
The law of Reversed Effort basically points out as a fact that, there are certain things which, if you tried to do, you will undo -- Like sleeping. This is the problem with most insomniacs (not saying you are necessarily one) but most seem to have some kind of 'ritual' to 'make' sleep happen. But its impractical ( i would even say unhealthy) to 'make' sleep happen - "Every deliberate effort will make you more aware, more alert and sleep will be put off."
Sleep musn't be pursued, but persuaded if you will...
Do you accept this? May we consider can there be so-called "nothing" without that which has been
named "something"? OR "Something" without "Nothing"?
Would we say there could be something
named "Light" apart from what is
named "Dark"? or the idea of "UP" without that of "down"?
