The thing ppl don't seem to get is that the existence of a gap itself isn't evidence of foul play, and the gap shrinking progressively is evidence of the opposite. But continue your crusade.

Yes women are under represented in STEM careers.... That can be attributed in large part to rigid gender roles that some posters in here actually encourage.

That does not negate the fact that, when in STEM positions; women are not paid the same as men for the same work....

You post other people's studies and graphs with pretty much none of your own words or ideas and call it shutting shyt down based on daps. Once challenged to use your own words, you couldn't come down to a conclusive statement with all the info YOU posted.

Dude. I post pretty colorful graphs for slow people like you who would even understand what they were reading in a simple regression analysis. There shouldn't be a difference. I guess you also think the race wage gap (for the same work) is okay. Again, we've had this discussion and I brought sources (legitimate sources). You can go to that thread and read it and reply to those posts because I'm not about to do this all over again.
