All of the pressure is gone and you shouldn't be concerned with failure because your not interest in them. That way you can have experience and be ready to talk to the ones you really tryna smash.

Ask vague open-ended question to make sure she does most of the talking and pick up on a few key words so you can have a follow-up question.
Make statements too though. express your opinion without beening too pushy to try and keep the convo going.
DO NOT make the mistake of only talking about shyt you like because it won't leave her with anything to talk about
Are you funny? If not learn how to be. Women have a terrible sense of humor so learning how to make them laugh is easy.

the thing about social anxiety is that, it tends to be at its worst when you're by yourself. you ruminate & regret things from the past, which makes you irrationally less confident in social situations. ssri's like prozac might help you with the ocd type thoughts, but it will not help directly in social situations. btw, lots of great advice being dropped in this thread

Here is a tip breh build rapport with people talk about any and everything just treat her like a homie when you talking to her. Like others said in here talk to random people out and about.
Try this
Everyday say something to the best looking chick "by herself" that you see something as simple as "excuse me not to be rude but your looking very nice/beautiful/hair looks good" or just any little/subtle thing

After you get your confidence up start asking chicks how are they doing and are they from around here or some shyt eventually you'll look as females as regular humans and realize that your scared for no damn reason
