best i could come up with. but basically just a crunchy texture, other dude said taco shell i think is probably more accurate.

I make these all the time, fling em on a seafood platter or in a brioche burger bun with coleslaw. I make a Japanese-esque dipping sauce and ppl eat it up. I was eating so much at one point I went off it.
