Exactly. The issue is him straight sending a story to Snyder before publishing so that he can tell him what he wants changed to make the Redskins look better. Everybody knows these reporters work directly with team execs and the like.

This is a snowball rolling down hill. When it first came out that he was basically using his cheerleaders as playboy playmates I knew we were heading here.

I've always thought it was going to lead to him selling the team. The 49ers had something similar with gambling and bribes that led to Eddie Debartalo losing his ownership status and he basically gave the team to his sister and her husband. Snyder ain't gonna escape this in the end. They'll make an example of him just as a way to pretend they're cleaning house meanwhile they're all clearing their emails out right now.
