Are you mad that his legal team used this card on this kind of case? Discrimination is discrimination whether its denying employment, housing, or being denied financial restitution like what comcast did.

my biggest qualm with this is that the jargon of the law is in itself flimsy and only goes to show we need more people of color in these positions of power that will interpret the law in our favor.
