A billionaire struggling to get a channel sheesh.
The more TV's become smart TVs we should be able to recover by making entertainment apps that are the channel.
Yea can't always plow throughExactly. It doesn’t take billions or even millions to get developers to build these channels for Apple TV or Roku, Fire Stick, etc.
Content is another story and with the amount of black writers, there should be enough to put a lot of brehs to work in front of the camera + make sure people get paid with steady work. And it doesn’t have to be some half baked Tyler looking shyt either.
We can’t always wait for someone to do everything and we just show up ready to perform. Why are these folks in the industry not even attempting to see what it takes to get multiplatform streaming channels popping. IG Live ain’t cutting it when someone else owns/runs the vehicle.
I get what Byron was trying to make happen but trying to play their game will never be a win in the long run. With bags as big as his, dude could/should be taking shyt in another direction (like streaming) instead of wanting a milestone of having a cable channel. Hey, ad revenue comes with having a channel but what’s to stop these carriers from making his shyt channel 465 where no one cares?
This dude just used ados to fukk up black people in perpetuity.
Pathetic
The law was challenged in his case and this is the Supreme Court. It sets a precedent for any similar cases going forward, it's going to be referenced in courtrooms all across this country. I can't blame him for using it but I can and will blame him for making it virtually impossible for anyone else after him to do the same. This was happening to minorities well before bryron used it in court. Specifically in real life. Like yelling discrimination is a new thing.
Cant fault him for using a law that was intended for that specific purpose.

Eh, it's a holiday. I'm taking off from any disputes or controversy.HE didn’t do that!!! It’s a racist judicial system, it’s a risk regardless. Why and how are you putting the onus on Byron? If anything it just proves these BS laws created against discrimination mean absolutely nothing if the white people voted in to enforce them, don’t! It’s VERY hard to prove racial discrimination regardless, but them mfs do it, everyday, regularly!
Shut up. Byron Allen's c00n ass is the only one to blame for this. And? If more black folks got on code comcast would have fell back. But they knew enough of yall would blame byron and let the racist get a pass. Trust they were crunching numbers when they made their decision. Black folks couldnt even boycott the nfl a few games.

When you and your ADOS crew call out Byron Allen for taking advantage of ADOS for personal gain? He's just made it more difficult for blacks to prove racism in the court of law, a feat already very difficult. If he was a carribean immigrant im sure you'd be more upset. SMHStop it, he was told "we don't more anymore Bob Johnson's", if that's not grounds for racial discrimination then I don't know what is. He tried to use the CRA of 1866, now we know that it's meaningless for ADOS given we have to prove race was the main factor.
