All everyone who has been defending Tory has been doing is asking why are we making him guilty before being proved innocent when the justice system is supposed to be the antithesis of that? Especially in a situation where the accuser’s story is literally changing by the IG story. What we not talking about is how quick our own people are quick to publicly lynch black men, the second Meg told her side Tory was guilty . Why can’t he just categorically deny he didn’t shoot her. He is trying to get off on a technicality I guess... the gun accidentally went off, shot at the ground ricocheted and hit her feet. I believe this is what happened and I may even give some leeway to it being reckless but accidental. However, some of these dorks are insisting Meg must have shot herself or he is without a doubt innocent of any sort of wrongdoing (didn't fire the gun at all etc.... again as I've said previously he has a right to defend himself in court) while double talking with "the truth will come out."

Megan claims that tory shot her when she was outside with her back turned walking away from the car. That exactly how it was explained from the beginning and she has not switch her story once. If you listen to internet speculation coming from unverified "sources", then it may seem like she's changing her story but that's not what's happening.

Tory on the other hand made a whole album about the ordeal where he vaguely implied that the shooting never happened and that someone else did the shooting and pinned it on him. He has yet to be straight forward about what actually happened that night.
