But why would he release details of an open case just to get some likes on Instagram and please a bunch a people he doesnt know when his life is on the line? He said he didn’t do it. One thing I dislike about people who don’t understand the legal system when commenting on issues like this is how ignorant they are to the fact that a defendant can truly fukk themselves by previewing their defense, giving the prosecution time and strategy to counter or shut that defense down with.



A lot of the times prosecution don’t even give a fukk if you innocent, they want their conviction by any means. Withholding exculpatory evidence ain’t shyt to a hungry DA.


I’m not gonna go as far as to say he didn’t do it but if he didn’t, and there are two other witnesses who’ve mysteriously been quiet since the incident and could be potentially paid off, bribed or coerced into going against him, why would he reveal his hand for social media clout and jeopardize the case even further?
