A black woman allegedly got shot by a black man and instead of waiting for the facts to come out nikkas ran to call her a liar and say she's too big for him to do any damage to her. That's the type of shyt some of those women be talking about. Alot of nikkas on here be proving their point and don't even realize it which is hilarious.
That wasn’t just a random accusation.I've seen someone i know get charged for assault and theft (it was bs related to a domestic). His own lawyer tried to make him take a plea deal where there would be a restraining order and some other shyt. He told the lawyer he's not taking the deal. I think he even went to court and plead not guilty. After a couple of weeks, they dropped all charges because of insufficient evidence. Only "evidence" they had was the girl's deposition. The idea is that they thought if he's broke, he will probably accept a plea deal instead of paying lawyer fees. But he called their bluff.
Now I'm not saying that's what's going on with tory because it is a high profile case. But anything is possible i guess
Tory's case might be viewed as a domestic too. Again, I'm not saying it's comparable. My main point is that it's not unheard of for them to bring up phony accusation based on weak evidence to put financial pressure or fear on the accused.
