On top of that, the bad things that might come with being beautiful like shallow expectations from people or people treating you extra well as a result of being beautiful can easily be remedied because many, many of those same people will also bend over backwards to give you a chance to prove yourself to be a person of substance if you ask for said chance.

Fact of the matter is, most people would not change their situation 180 because of what has more benefits. People are just more likely to choose what they are comfortable with or what they think they will be comfortable with, regardless of the perceived benefits.
