Yeah, I played it on the PS3 or it might've been 4. I don't think it reviewed well, but it was one of those games where it was still fun to play despite the negative reviews.Deadpool already had a videogame tho..but it was kinda slept on...
I think there's much more you can do with today's technology to make a dope deadpool game.

It’s part of the x-men licensing agreement its automatically includes all the characters that are trademarked through it

Note that Marvel can add and the section can be amended with new characters. From the Wolverine leak we can infer there have been amendments since the cast leak has . We also know that original characters - as have been created in the Spider-Man games are allowed and Marvel has final say to veto...

If you license an IP you don’t really get to choose a la carte which characters you get out of it, its part of the greater distribution for everything related to the property
someone like Bishop or Morph are always going to be ™xmen no matter what you use them for

But I vaguely remember Activision having the license to make X-Men games for years hence no MvC for years.
In fact Activision basically had the licenses for X-Men, Spider-Man, Wolverine and Deadpool.
Does this also mean that if MvC5 comes out that Sony has to publish it?

100% --- 1000% of Sony exclusives and IPS came from bought developers/publishers. They have developed nothing in house from their own hirings. Even their own studio, Santa Monica is just a bunch of bought up smaller developers
