This is exactly the reason, on top of that once they did get the X-Men back the avengers had actually become hot so they weren't going ham string that cash flow with X-Men
But this leak plus other rumblings tells me the X-Men are on the plate now and things have already begun to start moving at Disney and other outlets that's gonna see X-Men get the avengers push
Around the time of the release of this game a wolverine movie will either be out or hot on its hills.

I mean Microsoft did had a whole roadmap leaked of upcoming games.
They didn’t have the studios for it then because Microsoft treated Xbox like a step child until recently. It’s good they didn’t accept it what 4 studios at the time could have make it great.
