The Passage of Time
Graphics look good in this demo the tracking looks nice and the 2 moves for weapons are cool. The player is smiling and having a good time.

:whoa: don't quote me bro.

Not interested in communicating with a clueless troll.

ROFLMAO!!!!!

Your joking right??!?!?!? I'm the troll when i've single handily seen the handiwork about you praising the Xbox one and Titanfall to high heaven when expectations has seriously fallen short!?!?

I'm the troll!?!?

Breh you are a clown. Your comparing past tech to future and current tech? LOL @ this thing weighing up to 10 pounds on your head are you serious. They made it so it doesn't fog up on you but you think it'll be a brick on your head? I'm about to have you xbots banned if y'all don't shape up

doesnt make sense arguing with him anything that isnt produced by microsoft isn't impressive or an innovation to him.

nikka plz...don't disrespect the Kinect by comparing it to a fukking VR headset. If you're about that wearing a headset life to game by all means....enjoy.

Most PS$ stans have complained any playing game on the kinect that requires you to stand in front of your TV was "lame" and "corny", hence the reason they considered the Kinect "trash". So am i to presume now that sony has released this contraption that involves you putting on a glowing VR mask on your head while frantically waving around two glowing dildos like an air traffic controller from Will Smith's I SPY, all for the low price of nearly $500 extra is supposed to be a good deal?

:heh:

How can any gamer not be excited about this at that price?

Take the Stan blinders off. This shyt is impressive. It would be impressive if ANY company demoed it.

VR has been a gamer's dream since forever. I'm :mindblown: that people aren't at least hyped about the possibilities.

Exactly. Same dudes that hate cameras and motion gaming, now running around excited to buy a camera and swing their arms around in front of a tv.

VR has been a reality since forever. And that reality is, it just doesn't translate well to traditional living room entertainment. Kinda the same reason 3d never caught on. It's exclusionary to everyone in the room other than the person playing and you will never be fully immersed the way gamers have been "dreaming" of without some very expensive/sophisticated equipment.

I wish someone would do it like in an arcade or laser tag type setup. Where they can put you in a room and fully immerse all your senses into the game I'm talking smells, touch, distant sounds, ect.

You can get VR headsets RIGHT NOW for the PC. VR has been around forever. The cost is the main reason it hasn't really taken off. Plus its cumbersome.

Link me to these VR headsets. TO my understanding the Rift is the only one you can buy that is actually VR, and not just a big projection of a screen

This isn't a game just a demo, I'm sure there will be different experiences to be had for all. You also have to remember, for a while on the 360 the kinect wasn't able to detect you properly if you were sitting on a couch, I think that is where the teasing came from as well as it being a dancing simulator. The Move can be used sitting or standing, in addition to that Morpheus uses the move as well as the DS4 for input.

finding the right types of games is a challenge for VR. but for starters racing, flying, and any game where your body has a fixed position should translate well. pretty much anything that works with TrackIR

https://www.naturalpoint.com/trackir/

fps games need to implement independent head movement (like Arma) to be compatible
