i GUESS this is a bad thing...i'm just kinda indifferent. This gen for as much as we complain got alot of shyt right...on the 360 AND the PSN side of things.

Hey, thats not fair. Look, input lag and lower resolution over PSN does sound like a bad idea
But you gotta look at it this way.
The cell chip is extremely cheap right now, and could be included inside every ps4 for about $20 each
But why do that, when they can sell games you already own back to you just like its Japanese brother Nintendo has been doing for 10yrs now
And 3cepts this gen have been acting like HD remakes is where its at
So why not make $20 off EVERY ps3 game instead?

you gotta prepare yourself for the future. @Liquid is telling the truth. This shyt is for those who want to play ps3 games without purchasing a ps3 and buying a ps4. Either cop a ps3 (old or new) or play ps3 games this way.
MS should have it easier for BC since they still using the same video card manufacturer again, but they aren't doing BC either apparently. Sony had no choice since there is no cell/rsx type shyt in the ps4.
