where'd he say that at? some broad was taking on twitter like in 09, talking about dre wrote for others including big and big had to check her. i screen capped the shyt but it's on my pc at the home. over the years I've seen plenty people say dre wrote for him but they never got shyt to back it up.

It's not but you have to consider the differences of being an artist in a group dynamic and a solo artist. As others have already pointed out, crafting a very good solo album isn't an easy feat. We've seen VERY talented group artists create solo albums with less than stellar effects. Andre is a talented rapper but I don't believe that he should be anywhere near a Top 10 that includes other talented rappers that have proven, SEVERAL TIMES, that they can make a dope solo. Plus he already has shown that he's scared to go the solo route and stated it's embarrassing to be a rapper around his age.

from an artistic point of view i feel andre is one of the best rappers to do it. his flow, lyrics, entendres, melody, hit factor, star factor, everything is there. look at how well speakerboxxx/ the love below did.. this is all just my personal opinon though, not trying to convince anyone
