Tidal benefits ME because it provides lossless music whereas no other streaming site does. It also provides exclusive content, just like netflix and it's adding more constantly. The fact that it helps support my favorite artists is a bonus. Netflix does support indie filmmakers and helps keep struggling tv shows on the air by picking up part of their budgets. I know people that are subscribed to netflix for those reasons alone otherwise they'd just hit up thepiratebay or whatever.Your netflix comparison doesn't even make sense. People subscribe to Netflix because it's a service that benefits THEM, not because it'll make struggling actors/actresses more money. You can't say that for Tidal.
Your average person does not give a fukk how much struggling/indie artists are making nor should they. People have their own lives/problems to worry about. Show/Tell people how the service benefits THEM, and they will sign up. But telling people how much other people benefit from their coins is not how you get people to purchase your shyt. Is this a business or a charity?
