If most women think they are the exception maybe it's because they are multitudes of women who don't hold it against a man for living at home provides again that he is functioning adult.I am speaking about women in general. Women on this forum are not numerous and are self selected group. It takes special kind of women tlto handle the discussions that are had here and to hold their own in a company of mainly diverse group of men. Therefore, it is not hard to believe.

I have not ttwisted anything...you are putting your own ill intent in my response. You did not frame your argument well and instead of humbling yourself and reframe it you want to make implications on my response that were never there in the first place.

i feel like if you're living at home and helping out or stacking money for a goal or plan then nothing is wrong with it. i moved out and had roommates and it was a terrible experience. ever since i got a job in berkeley, ca 2 years ago, i moved back in with my mom since she only lives 15 minutes away from where i work and the peace of mind i now have has been worth it.
personally, i could never freeload off of anyone so i give her 800$ a month and save everything else. it can get annoying at times since she has silly rules i have to follow, but the stress of not having to deal with a roommate and being able to save money is nice. i'm planning on buying a condo next year and couldn't have done it without having the option to move back with my mom.
