Here's how I view the whole.LeBron.quitting on Cleveland thing. It's like being in a soul.sucking relationship. U go to work for 12 hours. Come back ya girl.at home.ya house ain't clean ain't no food on the table, so u end up cleaning and cooking, and the one thing ya girl could.do right is have that bomb ass puss so u take her ass too the room and she just lays there for 7 years same cycle. That nikka didn't quit he was tired.

I agree. Just was stating some of the "reasons" why they say they don't like him.

LOL@y'all acting like the media created this shyt. A.I. did dumbshyt. Kobe did dumbshyt, LeBron did dumbshyt. They did it to themselves. We all judge people, we all change our perceptions of people based on whatever actions. And that Miami thing was hardly LeBron's first "mistake".

I just looked at the Mayweather interview where he predicts Pacquio will loose before leaving Bob Arum.

Iverson predicted the backlash and criticism that Lebron is getting now.

Lebron is an idiot though. He was given advice from everyone and didnt listen. He thought he was good money. Lebron is yet to grasp the idea of how America works according to athletes. And I say America because this si the only place where we really overvalue athletes and paint them as role models. In Europe, they know from jump that soccer stars are going to act crazy and wild, and fukk a whole bunch of bytches and just be loose cannons. Here we get shocked by the smallest of things. OH MY GOD Tiger Woods fukks other bytches? HOW DARE HE? How dare he be a rich athlete with every female wanting to fukk him and not succumb to his primal urges? Americans need to re-prioritize their values
because this is why we're so fukked as a nation economically, physically, mentally, intellectually, etc. and we have the resources ans money to be number 1 in everything but we're not even close. We overvalue the fukk out of entertainment as a society. That is something I can say everyone int he world does now. The same men who were slaves to the stadium in Roman times are now making more than those who watch them. Of course the money men still own them but I dont understand a man gets 100 million dolalrs to play a fukking game. He initially contributes nothing to society but entertainment and we're paying him 100 million dollars? And why did we conform to rising prices for jerseys, tickets, etc. I can go on for days about this because its not just sports. Its everything. And ppl wonder why shyt is the way it is now. The number for everything went up around us but the paycheck stayed the way it was at a certain point causing this total fukkup. Everyone thought more money was gonna be made and they were wrong. The avg salary is actually going down man. :snoop: fukk sports right now nikkas tryna eat out here. http://www.nytimes.com/2012/06/09/business/economy/as-recovery-drags-on-income-and-wealth-lag.html

So many thoughts ran thru my mind when reading this so I know Im going to miss a few points but fukk it.

As far as athletes making 100mil...thats because the industry is making so much more. An athlete getting paid 100mil is fair compensation (not all athetes make this mcuh by the way)

I agree that we over value entertainment. Yeah the price of everything went up but salaries stayed down...but you know whos fault that is...ours. I agree its not right but the way I see life now is this.

All a salary is, is an allowance for grown folks. If we all invested in our selves (small businesses like back in the old days) corporations wouldn't have the leverage to fukk people over.

If instead of a gang of Walmarts everywhere, there were small owned business people who sold the things we need. People would have more power. Corporations wouldn't be able to be so close to politicians and fukk us with legislation as well.

I agree with you on everything you said but I feel that we (the general population) should take accountability and start our own businesses and get our power back.

Problem with Lebron is the media built him sky high as the next ultimate master of basketball. When he came out, they had those "King James" commercials with choirs singing and just proclaiming his greatness. Some proclaimed Lebron was better than guys who've actually won titles in Duncan and Kobe without him actually proving anything. The hyperbole on Lebron's greatness was amazing. "The Chosen One" bought into that hype, but hasn't delivered yet and as great of a player he is, his flaws, namely clutchness, has been exposed. They simply built up Lebron, he bought in, and now that he hasn't turned into Jordan 2.0 like expected, they are tearing him down. That's what the media does.

I don't see what AI has to do with all of this. A lot of AI's thrashing in the media was due to his own actions.

See thats the problem. I don't judge athletes for anything that happens off the floor. Unless they commit a crime against a helpless victim then who gives a fukk if they cheat on their wife, get into a fight, or decide to play for another team.

How many points did they score, are they playing hard...thats all that matters. :aicmon:

Basically...

AI's opinion holds weight because Stern/NBA/Media had no real issues with him or his antics until he was no longer a superstar. Dude went from being on every cover of NBA2K to being the basis for Stern wanting to clean up the league's image :aicmon:
