I don't consider any of these albums youre listing as gangsta rap, except the documentary & grodt. and in fairness, I listed kool g. rap earlier, but I don't consider him a gangsta rapper either.
trap muzik & 101 are trap rap. I never considered them gangsta rap albums.
but if its just street albums that youre talking about, then I can think of plenty that are better than the joints you listed since '98.

the documentary's impact was based around the west finally getting a new star, and the beef with 50 cent.
GRODT was a step-down from the underground stuff g-unit was doing, actually.
50 fizzled because he fell off and also because he went POP.

Kinda hazy as to what impact classics is supposed to mean tho. For me it's hard to name an album that was classic that didn't impact anything ..
I understand that some albums that was shytty had some impact on the game but IMO there isn't too many that did that because the game only changes once in awhile ..
I personally would say that Kanye first album was a classic and even maybe late registration too.

Dude trap music is about drug dealing & criminal activity on hard ass beats that's what gangsta rap is
Jeezy & ti albums are the ultimate representation of gangsta rap no politics no boom bap, no riggity figgity rapping just guns dope & murder on hard beats especially jeezy album
Trap is a way of living its about drug dealing not a sound plus none of the so called trap music you hear today sounds like trap muzik or tm101 which is supposedly the representation of the sound now

But in all actuality it was some great rappers still making good music at that time
Jeezy brought a street rooted satisfaction to southern gangsta rap at that time that made nikkas concentrate on album structure & sequencing & made nikkas step they cocaine punchlines & bars up ala ross & yo gotti
